Akram Siddiqui is the Senior Program Officer at SRF Foundation, with an overall work experience of 9 years. Previously, he worked as an Academic Resource Person-Mathematics at SARD (Society for all-around development). Developed content like a Remedial Practice Book for improving learning outcomes. He also managed a project on the district level at Sampark Foundation and worked on principle leadership at Piramal Foundation. He also worked with numerous training centers- SCERT, DIET, BEO, and BRC. He holds a master’s degree in Social Work from the Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANNU), Hyderabad, along with a master’s in Education from Jamila Millia Islamia University, Delhi.


Akriti joined SRF Foundation as Project Engineer under IBM Atal Tinkering Labs & Artificial Intelligence project in the year 2020. In the year 2021, she has been promoted to Program Officer for Capgemini TinkerCoding Project. She works with a team of 15 Engineers targeting 30,000 students from 50 Schools spread across four locations Chennai, Bengaluru, Noida, and Hyderabad from Head Office – Gurugram. She holds a Bachelors in Electrical and Electronics from GyanSagar Group of Institute, Sagar Madhya Pradesh with past internship experiences from Shri Bajrang Power and Ispat Ltd and Dalmia Cement Bharat Ltd. where she familiarised herself with SAP technology, PLC SCADA and AI oriented software machines.


Anjali Gouthalia is the Growth & Sustainability Officer at SRF Foundation. She is Leading the Internship Domain and addition to that Partnership management, assisting with the growth of the organization through various systems and processes. She has also received the Green Business Certification Inc. Award for Sustainability. Before Joining the SRF Foundation, she held experience in various domains starting from MOHUA- Swachh Bharat Mission, WWF India & United way Delhi, she has a degree in Urban Planning from Amity University Haryana.




Bata Krushna Routray is the Accounts Manager, responsible for financial accounting, analysis, taxation, budgeting and generation of reports. With rich experience of twelve years, he has, over the years developed excellent accounting and analytical skills and decision-making competence. Prior to joining SRF Foundation, he worked with the Asian Society for Entrepreneurship Education & Development, New Delhi. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Utkal University, Orissa.


Bitoo Kumar is the Program Officer who handles multiple projects belonging to different domains in Health through the Power of 5 program, Education through the HP- Muskaan Smart School Project and Anganwadi Development Project. He has completed his Masters from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) specialising in Public Policy and governance with concentration in Institution & Regulation and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Banaras Hindu University (BHU). He has been associated with renowned organisations like FICCI in development sectors where he presented his understanding in public policy. He has a keen interest in understanding the institutional dynamism in CSR activities in development sector relating to public policy and services.


Denesh Chandra is the Hindi Proof Reader of the Academic Enrichment Program. His efficiency in proof reading the hindi texts and support in workbook formatting has been significant under the Rural Education Program. He is coherent in Hindi and effective in typing English. He holds a Bachelors of Arts degree from Garhwal University, Master of Arts (Hindi) from Uttarakhand Open University, Master of Arts (Political Science) from Shri Dev Suman Uttarakhand University and B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) from Garhwal University. His hobbies range from playing cricket to reading books and, writing poetry.


Ila Kaushik joined SRF in 2022 as a communication specialist for Capgemini projects. She is a professional content writer, copywriter, and proofreader. She has completed her Master in Journalism and Mass Communication from Mumbai University. She started her career as a news writer for Hindustan Times. Later, she went on to work as a digital reporter for NewsX. Before joining SRF Foundation, she was associated with Biospectrum Magazine as a writer.


Joysina Chawla joined SRF Foundation in 2007 as a part of the team to set up the Enhancing Early Education Program (3EP), and develop and design its curriculum. Her expertise lies in the areas of curriculum and skill development and classroom management. She has conducted many workshops for teacher capacity building on a variety of topics for in-service teachers in various schools in Delhi NCR.


Krishan Kumar Sharma is the Program Officer for the Mobile Digital Bus Management Programs which are spread across 11 different locations where he is in charge of operations and administration. Additionally, Krishan also oversees the Indigo School Adoption Program in Dehradun. Before SRF Foundation, Krishan worked as a Digital Communications Manager at Moolya & Eklavya Foundation. He is a Gandhi Fellow where he successfully assisted with the implementation of educational programs like Mini Library and Bolo – The Learning App. He has also been associated with Parle Biscuits Pvt Ltd as a Quality In-charge and has a specialization in Horticulture from the Uttarakhand University of Horticulture & Forestry.


Krishnakumar Balamurugan is a Program Officer in the Growth & Sustainability Department. He is responsible for partnership management and assisting with the growth of the organization through various systems and processes. He also manages SRF CSR programs at SRF Plant locations. Krishna is a UGC NET (Social Work) qualified and a postgraduate in Social Work with specialization of Medical and Psychiatry from Pondicherry (Central) University. Prior to join SRF Foundation, he was associated with Kaivalya Education Foundation as a Gandhi Fellow in School Leadership Development Program, Ahmedabad.


Kuldeep Joshi is the Assistant Program Officer (HO) in the academic team at SRF Foundation. He contributes to our nine academic intervention sites in Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Haryana, and Assam. He is an expert in teacher professional development with a focus on numeracy and literacy programs. He worked for 20 months as a teacher trainer in Parivaar Education Society, Madhya Pradesh teaching elementary school curriculum and pedagogy. He studied B. Sc. Computer science from Vikram University and holds MA in Education from Azim Premji university Bengaluru. He has represented his state team in chess and likes to sing.


Kusum Rahi is an Academic Coordinator for the Rural Education Program in Mewat. She is responsible for developing and implementing the curriculum that meets the education standards and analyzing the students’ performance and teachers’ accountability. She started her professional career with SRF Foundation in 2014. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts from Meerut University. She has also completed the professional course of Enhancing Early Education Program (3EP), which is conducted by SRF Foundation.


Manisha Dahiya is a Program Officer at SRF Foundation under the Future Skills Program, she leads the entire Capgemini- ATL (Atal Tinkering Program) and builds the strategic partnership with NITI Aayog and corporate firms like Capgemini this program is spread across 6 states in India, and she oversees a total of 120 ATL Labs which impacts over 35,000 student lives. Manisha has 5 years of working experience, she holds a B. Tech degree in electronics and Instrumentation from Kurukshetra University, Haryana.


Munazir Ali is the Program Officer for Capgemini Coding for Girls Program at SRF Foundation. He is responsible for managing, coordinating, communicating, and monitoring the program across thirty – six schools in three different locations. He also provides technical support & training on 21st Century Digital Skills for various programs and initiatives in the Foundation. For nearly 6 years, he has managed programs overseeing costs and resource utility, managing multiple teams and delivering on time. Prior to SRF Foundation he has worked with NIIT Ltd. as a Technical Expert. He is also the Mentor of Change for ATLs under the Atal Innovation Mission – NITI Aayog Govt. of India. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Technology in Electronics & Communication from Teerthanker Mahaveer University, Moradabad, UP, where he presented a paper on the “Design and Implementation of Solar Energy Based Single Phase SPWM Inverter using MATLAB/Simulink” at the National Conference on Future Trends in Electronics & Communication, 2013.


Nidhi Garg has been with SRF Foundation since April 2021 as an Academic Coordinator for our Rural Education Program. She is responsible for the functioning of the SRF Foundation DigitalGuru Portal, a collaborative platform for 21st century teachers. She also hosts teacher training sessions where she helps digitally empower teachers. Nidhi is responsible for providing technical support for all academic related activities across all locations. Nidhi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science from MJP Rohilkhand University, Bareilly and an MBA in HR and Marketing from Gautam Buddh Technical University in Uttar Pradesh. She has worked in the e-commerce sector and also has over 2 years of work experience as a teacher.


Nisha Juneja is a Sr. Program Officer who is responsible for three locations where she overlooks the functioning of all the active programs in four locations and is accountable for their smooth functioning. Before joining SRF Foundation, Nisha worked with women empowerment groups, self-help groups, and NGOs, in Microfinance as an Accountant, Program and Project Coordinator, Principal, and much more in her 21 years of working experience. She holds a B.Ed degree from MDU Rohtak, She has done her Master’s in Economics from CCS University, Meerut, and also holds a Master’s in Commerce from Jaipur University. She has also a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Application from KUK University.


Pradeep Savanur is a Sr. Program Officer taking care of the Digital Smart TV Classroom & Swachh Vidyalaya Program for SRF CSR locations (Mewat, Dhar, Bhind, Bhopal, Kamrup(M), Bhiwadi & Bharuch location) in addition he also manages the office work for Chennai, Bengaluru & Hyderabad locations, Pradeep holds 7.5 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree in Science from Karnataka University and a Master’s in Education from Kuvempu University.


Probir Mandal is the Sr. Officer in Finance, responsible for providing support in accounting, bookkeeping, budgeting, auditing, taxation, and financial reportage. Prior to joining SRF Foundation, he was associated with KATHA, where he learned the practical application of accounting tools and gained proficiency in Oracle, SAP, and Tally. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Delhi University and an MBA in Finance.


Proma Sen Gupta is a Program Facilitator at SRF Foundation under 3EP Program, Proma holds a Science in Biochemistry degree from Nagpur University. She also has a PG diploma in programming. She has a certified educationist in early childhood education. She has a vast amount of experience in imparting education in elementary years as well as primary years in various schools in NCR. Currently, she is one of the faculty members imparting training in Enhancing Early Education (3EP) program to teachers.


Rakesh is the Head of the Academics & Process at SRF Foundation under the Rural Education Program that primarily aims to transform Government schools into model schools. He is responsible for developing, facilitating, and monitoring education programs and improving processes. He brings close to seventeen years’ experience in the NGO sector and has previously been associated with Dr. Reddy’s Foundation where he played a key role in the ICT and Non-ICT interventions, aimed at eliminating the gap in the quality of pre and primary education in the urban and rural areas. He has a graduation degree from Osmania University.


Rakesh Kumar is an executive under Monitoring & Evaluation Program at SRF Foundation. He is in-charge of providing data and supporting documentation for the various programs at SRF Foundation. He also provides technical support when required and is effective in utilizing MS Office and Google Applications. He is also excellent in Hindi & English typing. Before joining SRF Foundation, he was working as a Performance Improvement Plan executive at Evolve Brands Pvt. Ltd. Rakesh holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Delhi University.


Ranjeet Verma is the Senior Program Officer for the Rural Vocational Skills Programs. He is responsible for resource allocations, organizing workshops and initiatives, providing administrative support and managing operations of the programs. Prior to SRF Foundation, Ranjeet worked all across India, involved with multiple CSR programs, consulting firms and grassroot organizations for 7 years. Being an Expert at Project Management, Ranjeet holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai.


Sarvpriya Awasthi is the Promotion and Communication Officer of SRF Foundation; she is in charge of all communication-related concerns, from writing to designing the material needed by the organization; she also manages the SRF Foundation’s social media. She interned with NHRC (India) and worked with KOO for a year before joining the SRF Foundation, She has a bachelor’s degree in journalism and mass communication from BBD University in Lucknow (UP), and a master’s degree in new media technology from Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism and Communications in Bhopal, India (MP).


Saurabh Shukla is the Senior Program Officer for the Rural Education Program. He is responsible for facilitating the operational and strategic support required to implement the CSR programs at Bhind and Dhar districts of Madhya Pradesh. He has an overall work experience of nine years in the social development sector. Prior to SRF Foundation, he has worked with Kaivalya Education Foundation, Gujarat where he led two programs, namely the Principal Leadership Development Program and District Transformation Program as Program Leader. He holds a B. Ed. and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Dr. R.M.L. Awadh University and a Management Diploma in Commercial Practice from Institute of Engineering and Rural Technology. He is also a Gandhi fellow.


Shruti Khare is a Program Officer under the Future Skills Program. She manages the Capgemini Atal Community Innovation Centres which is spread across 14 States in India. She also provides Technical Support & Trainings on 21st Century Digital Skills for various projects at SRF Foundation. She has nearly 3 years of experience in the technical sector and team management. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Technology in Electrical & Electronics from APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University. Apart from work, she is also a dancer and a state level Basketball player where she has represented and won accolades for the state of Uttar Pradesh.


Surabhi Setya is the Program Associate for 3EP and is responsible for building and maintaining a sustainable internal system and infrastructure to support the curriculum and facilitating operational and administrative needs of the Enhancing English Language Development Program (EELDP) that aims to build effective English communication skills. She has spent several years working with children in the primary years. She holds a Master’s degree in child development.


Swarnendu Biswas is the Program Officer for the Sunrise Sports for Development Program in Noida and Mewat. He is responsible for managing and monitoring the program and ensures that the students and coaches get the adequate support and tools for the success of the program. Prior to SRF Foundation, he was associated with Ashiyana Foundation where he managed the Child Care Institution (CCI) at Bilaspur. He has also designed curriculums for the CCI and Juvenile Justice Board under UNICEF. He has worked with Avanti Fellows as well where he implemented programs in 25 schools. He holds a degree in Biotechnology from National Institute of Technology, Durgapur where he was a yoga champion and athlete. He is also a Gandhi Fellow from the Piramal Foundation for Education Leadership.


Yogesh Chandel has been working at SRF Foundation since April 2021 as an Administrative Executive. Yogesh oversees the filing of all receipts and payments and ensures all funds are allocated efficiently. He supervises tasks related to work orders and purchase orders and is also incharge of the sending couriers to all field locations. Additionally, Yogesh helps with the field work assigned and is also responsible for the booking of transportation. Yogesh has done his basic schooling and has completed a specialized course in computers and has over five years of administrative experience.
CSR Champions @ Plants


Francisca Tina is the CSR Champion, responsible for managing the HR & CSR activities at SRF Manali. She has a work experience of eight years. Passionate about CSR since the inception of her career at SRF, she has been instrumental in engaging employees to contribute actively in all CSR activities. Tina has launched several innovative CSR campaigns such as the Joy of Giving, Book Donation Drive, Waste to Worth and Care and Share, among others, that have had a positive impact on the community. She has completed her Bachelors in English Literature and her Masters in Social Work specializing in Human Resources from Chennai, India.


Manish Kumar Srivastava is the CSR Champion at SRF’s Packaging Films Business manufacturing plant in Indore. As a CSR Champion, he is responsible for managing and coordinating with the CSR Council members, execution of CSR projects and monitoring the progress of the operational activities. He has an overall professional experience of four years in the social sector. Prior to joining SRF, he was associated with Minda Silca Engineering Limited. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science and a Master’s degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations.


Rakesh Tiwari is the Senior Manager – HR and Admin at SRF’s Gwalior plant. He is also the CSR champion, responsible for managing and coordinating with various teams and monitoring the progress of the operational activities. He is also responsible for building long-term relationships with Government agencies for the smooth execution of CSR programs. He has a work experience of more than fifteen years and holds a Master’s degree in Personnel Management from the Pune University.


R K Maurya is the CSR Champion at Kashipur. As a part of his role, he is responsible for transforming the school education system across thirteen schools in nine villages by implementing various programs aimed at cleanliness, sanitation, safe drinking water facilities and the provision of play equipment in the schools. With his efforts, the schools are witnessing an increase in the enrolment numbers, decreased absenteeism, etc. A large number of students from these schools are now participating and winning block, State and National championships in various sports.


Surendera Khandelwal is the CSR Champion for the Bhiwadi site and managing the HR, Admn and CSR function as the General Manager. He is actively involved in CSR activities from the past five years as the CSR champion. Under his leadership, Bhiwadi CSR team has achieved many milestones and continuously working in upgrading the twelve nearby school and maintaining strong relationship with the community. Some of the noteworthy work includes the launch of the first WoW bus at Bhiwadi, creation of a strong CSR council team of twenty employees, who are taking the lead in CSR work in assigned areas. Surendera is a postgraduate and holds a Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations.

Abisha Manonmani R is Program Officer Engineer at SRF Foundation. She handles Tinker Coding Project at Chennai Location. She’s well-versed in robotics and programming languages. She holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Applied Electronics


Ashwath B. K. is the Sr. Program Officer for the Brillio Digital Based Learning Program and is responsible for managing, coordinating, communicating, and monitoring the CSR engagement activities across twenty intervention schools in Bengaluru. In the past, he has worked with Agastya International Foundation as a Centre Charge in Bengaluru urban locations. He holds a bachelor’s degree in education from Mysore University and a Master’s degree in Chemistry from Kuvempu University.


Avinash Verma is the Program Officer of Rural Education Program. He is responsible for implementing the CSR programs in district of Dhar in Madhya Pradesh. He has over 9 years of work experience in the field of Social Development. Prior to SRF Foundation, he was associated with the organisation Educate Girls, as a Program Officer. He holds a Bachelors & Masters in Social Work degrees From DAVV University.


Chain Singh Kirar is the Program Officer for Rural Education Program, Vocational Skills Program, and HP World on Wheels (WoW) Program in Bhind, Madhya Pradesh. He is responsible for managing, implementing, and monitoring all program activities. He has worked in the development sector in the fields of academics and education. Before joining SRF Foundation, he was associated with JATAN Sansthan as a Cluster Coordinator under the Gyanodaya Project, Karauli, and was responsible for managing the field team, designing, and implementing new curriculums. He has also worked with Learning Links Foundation under the Students Teacher’s Empowerment Program, Sheopur as a Consultant and Trainer. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from SGSITS Indore.


Devendar is the Program Officer for the Anganwadi Development Program. He is responsible for the entire functioning and implementation of the program. He completed his Masters in Social Work from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) Tuljapur campus. During his Master’s, he completed an internship at Rajasthan Gramin Aajeevika Vikas Parishad (RGAVP) in the Udaipur district of Rajasthan. After his Master’s Degree, he was placed in the Let’sEndorse Development organization in Muzaffarpur Bihar as a Program Officer. He holds around 2 years of work experience in the Livelihood sector.


Gunanidhi Mallick is a Program Officer for the Amway Power of 5 Program in Mewat. He is in charge of monitoring and managing the functioning of all program related activities. He has been with SRF Foundation since January of 2021 and has had over 24 years of experience working with various organizations like Delhi Brotherhood Society, Deepalaya, Educomp Solutions Ltd, Dynamic Tarang Pvt.Ltd & Care India. He has completed his Bachelor of Arts in History & Political Science from Utkal University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha.


Harun Khan is the Program Officer at SRF Foundation. He has a work experience of more than five years in the development sector, specializing in the area of Education. At SRF Foundation, his responsibilities include building relationship with the Government agencies as well as planning and monitoring various projects across Haryana and Rajasthan. In the past, he was associated with the Agastya International Foundation and worked in various capacities, including instructor, master trainer and area manager for Haryana and Rajasthan. He holds a Master’s degree in Physics from Swami Vivekananda University, MP and a Bachelor’s degree in education.




Kamaleshwer Mishra is a Vocational Coordinator at Mewat and is responsible for developing and implementing plans to meet the vocational training needs at the site. He has an overall experience of nine years in community development programs. Kamaleshwer holds a B.Ed. from Maharshi Dayanand University, Master’s degree in English from Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapeeth and a Master’s in Sociology from VBS Purvanchal University.


Lohit Poojar is a program officer for the Capgemini Digital Literacy Program for Bengaluru, Noida, Badshapur (Gurgaon), and Chennai locations. He manages and monitors the program activities in 4 locations and ensures their smooth functioning. Before working with the Digital Literacy Program, Lohit worked with the Muskaan Smart School Project for 16 Months and the Sports for Development Program for 18 months. He previously worked with Agastya International Foundation for 9 years where he worked as a Center In-charge and area leader. Lohit has a Bachelor of Arts from Kuvempu University in Karnataka and a Diploma in Education from the Karnataka Secondary Education and Examination Board.


Sarath Kumar is the Project Engineer under the Capgemini Tinker coding Program at SRF Foundation Before joining SRF Foundation, Sarath Kumar gained 7 years of experience at Agastya International Foundation as a robotics and computer lab in charge. M. Sarath Kumar holds a B.Tech degree in computer science and engineering from Kuppam Engineering college.


Madhu Kumar is a Project Engineer under the Capgemini Tinker Coding Program in Bengaluru. He oversees the functioning of all program activities carried out in 20 schools. He also provides students and teachers with technical support and training for 21st-century skills. Before the Tinker Coding Program, Madhu worked with the InnoSTEAM Program for 4 years. Before SRF Foundation, Madhu had 4 years of experience working with Agastya International Foundation in Bengaluru. He has completed his Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Education from Mysore University and Master of Science in Chemistry from Kuvempu University.


Phungkha Basumatary is the Program Officer for the Rural Education Program in Kamrup Metropolitan, Assam and is responsible for managing, coordinating, communicating and monitoring the interventions of the Foundation. In the past, he has worked with Digital Empowerment Foundation & Gramya Vikash Mancha, where he was responsible for implementing the Education projects in various parts of Assam & Meghalaya in collaboration with TISS Mumbai & Tata Trusts. He is a postgraduate in Master of Arts in Social Work from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Guwahati Campus. He also holds a certificate in ‘Technology in Education’ from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai.


Pitlawar Niharika is the Project Engineer at SRF Foundation under Capgemini Tinker Coding- Hyderabad. Prior to this, she worked at the Indian Stem Foundation as a Robotic Engineer for one year. She has done her B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from KITS(w) Engineering College, Nizamabad.


Rajesh Vasava is the Senior Program Officer at Dahej and is responsible for communicating, coordinating and facilitating the implementation of the CSR programs at the site. He has an overall experience of seven years in the field of rural development, health care and education. He has worked with various organizations including APM Terminals, Gujarat Pipavav Port Limited, Deepak Nitrite Limited for several CSR projects. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from St. Xaviers’s College, Ahmedabad and a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Bombay.


Sandeep Ghosh is a Project Engineer for the Capgemini Atal Tinkering Labs program in Kolkata, West Bengal. He is responsible for training and coordinating across 20 ATL schools, teachers and students in the location. He has an overall work experience of ten years in the field of education. Sandeep was previously associated with e-learning organizations like Next Education, Extramarks Education, Tata Class Edge and so on. He holds a PGDBA in Operation Management from SCDL, Pune and a B. Tech in ENTC from BPUT in Odisha.


Sanjana Galuja is Project Engineer at SRF Foundation under Coding for Girls Project and now works as a Project Engineer for Capgemini Tinker Coding- Hyderabad.
She has done her B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Princeton Institute of Engineering and Technology for Women.


Sreejan S is the Program Officer at SRF Foundation under the “Power of 5” Program Chennai. Prior to this, he was the Project Manager at Tamil Nadu’s State Aids Control Society and a Branch Manager at IMFC Super Market. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications and a master’s degree in Social Work (Community Development).
