Abbas Hussain Abdi works as a Program Officer at Gurgaon HO. He holds a hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering from MDU University, Haryana. A dedicated professional with a multifaceted background in education, technology, and creative design. With prior experience as a Digital Skills Trainer under Microsoft & Shell India project at SRF Foundation, he has actively contributed to enhancing digital literacy initiatives within communities.
Akram Siddiqui is the Senior Program Officer at SRF Foundation, with an overall work experience of 9 years. Previously, he worked as an Academic Resource Person-Mathematics at SARD (Society for all-around development). Developed content like a Remedial Practice Book for improving learning outcomes. He also managed a project on the district level at Sampark Foundation and worked on principle leadership at Piramal Foundation. He also worked with numerous training centers- SCERT, DIET, BEO, and BRC. He holds a master’s degree in Social Work from the Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANNU), Hyderabad, along with a master’s in Education from Jamila Millia Islamia University, Delhi.
Bata Krushna Routray is the Accounts Manager, responsible for financial accounting, analysis, taxation, budgeting and generation of reports. With rich experience of twelve years, he has, over the years developed excellent accounting and analytical skills and decision-making competence. Prior to joining SRF Foundation, he worked with the Asian Society for Entrepreneurship Education & Development, New Delhi. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Utkal University, Orissa.
Gunanidhi Mallick is a Program Officer for the Rural Education Program in Head Office, Gurgaon. He is in charge of monitoring and managing the functioning of all program-related activities. He has been with SRF Foundation since January of 2021 and has had over 27 years of experience working with various organizations like Delhi Brotherhood Society, Deepalaya, Educomp Solutions Ltd, Dynamic Tarang Pvt.Ltd & Care India. He has completed his Bachelor of Arts in History & Political Science from Utkal University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
Harun Khan is the Program Officer at SRF Foundation. He has a work experience of more than five years in the development sector, specializing in the area of Education. At SRF Foundation, his responsibilities include building relationship with the Government agencies as well as planning and monitoring various projects across Haryana and Rajasthan. In the past, he was associated with the Agastya International Foundation and worked in various capacities, including instructor, master trainer and area manager for Haryana and Rajasthan. He holds a Master’s degree in Physics from Swami Vivekananda University, MP and a Bachelor’s degree in education.
Hunny is the Program Officer at the SRF Foundation, Gurgaon(HO). With a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from IP University in Delhi, Hunny has worked as an Electronics Engineer and Product Associate at 3Dexter Education Pvt. Ltd., Business Development Associate at Byjus, Project Manager at Prayas JAC under JSPL CSR Project, and Corporate Sales Manager at AIM India Pvt. Ltd. Hunny brings diverse skills and experiences to the SRF Foundation team, including expertise in project management, and business development.
Jennifer Julius is a Program Officer in the Growth & Sustainability Department at SRF Foundation. She brings a creative and strategy-driven approach, with specialization in Digital Marketing, Animation, and Video Editing, complemented by strong communication skills and a flair for meaningful storytelling. Jennifer is currently pursuing an MBA from Symbiosis and has completed Animation & VFX training from Arena Institute. She possesses solid leadership and administrative abilities, along with proficiency in managing digital platforms. Previously, she worked for two years in the UAE in administration, in-house sales, HR consulting, and insurance coordination, adding valuable multicultural and professional experience to her role.
Kolle Shivakumar is an experienced professional with significant experience in project implementation and management, currently serving as a Program Officer in the Education Vertical at SRF Foundation at Head Office. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from the Indian Institute of Plantation Management (IIPM), Bengaluru. Earlier he worked at Vrutti-Livelihood Impact Partners as a Project Manager.
Kusum Rahi is the Academic Coordinator – Operations for the Rural Education Program (REP) at SRF Foundation, bringing 11 years of experience in strengthening education delivery and school-based interventions. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arts and has completed a specialized Teacher Training certification from Enhancing Early Education (3EP), SRF Foundation. Her core responsibilities include project design, strategic planning, resource development, and stakeholder engagement, contributing to effective and scalable program implementation. Kusum’s dedication and performance have been recognized through multiple accolades, including the Champion – Special Projects Award (2016–17), Champion – Project Execution Award (2017–18), Unsung Hero Award (2018–19), Team Excellence Award (2019–20), Extra Miler Awards (2021–22 & 2022–23), and the All-rounder Award (2023–24).
Mohd Nazir is the Program Officer (HO) at the SRF Foundation, Gurgaon(HO). With a master’s in education from Maulana Azad National Urdu University and a UGC Net qualification in Education, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. Mohd Nazir has worked extensively in the field of education, serving as a Gandhi Fellow in School Leadership Development Program with Kaivalya Education Foundation in Jhunjhunu. He also worked for 2 years as a Regional Resource Centre Coordinator for Madrasa Teachers and Principals training under Adolescence Education Program with UNFPA.In his free time, Mohd enjoys reading books and playing cricket.
Mudassar Hussain is the Administration Officer at SRF Foundation, Gurgaon HO. With a background in office administration and operational management, his expertise lies in event coordination, facility and asset management, travel and calendaring logistics, and project oversight. He holds a B.A degree from Delhi University. He is well-versed in digital tools such as Google Sheets, ZOHO, and platforms like GEM and IndiaMart. His experience spans across roles in companies like MMT-BIZ and IndiaMart. His digital marketing knowledge, particularly regarding SEO/SMMs is further exemplified through roles in social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
Nikhil Kumar is the Program Officer for the Shell Skills4Future Program at SRF Foundation. A qualified Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from IGNOU, he has more than 12 years of experience in the development sector. His experience includes implementing skill development projects, Jal Jeevan Mission projects, and NULM projects across multiple states in India. Nikhil has held diverse roles such as Trainer, Center Manager, Quality Team Member, and Project Head in esteemed organizations like Community Welfare Organisation, ID Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd., and Aroh Foundation. He specializes in program implementation, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, and government liaisoning to ensure impactful and sustainable outcomes.
Nikhil Kumar Srivastava is the Senior Program Officer at SRF Foundation, with over a decade of experience in the education and skilling sector. He specializes in project management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning, combining grassroots insight with institutional collaboration. Having worked with Chambal Fertilizers, Ambuja Cement Foundation, and American India Foundation, he brings strong leadership and implementation expertise. At SRF Foundation, he continues to drive scalable, sustainable impact through effective program execution and partnership management.
Nisha Juneja is a Sr. Program Officer who is responsible for three locations where she overlooks the functioning of all the active programs in four locations and is accountable for their smooth functioning. Before joining SRF Foundation, Nisha worked with women empowerment groups, self-help groups, and NGOs, in Microfinance as an Accountant, Program and Project Coordinator, Principal, and much more in her 21 years of working experience. She holds a B.Ed degree from MDU Rohtak, She has done her Master’s in Economics from CCS University, Meerut, and also holds a Master’s in Commerce from Jaipur University. She has also a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Application from KUK University.
Pooja Rawat is the Program officer for Capgemini Project and brings diverse experience spanning over 8 years across multiple domains, including Quality Analysis, Robotics, Electronics, and Sales Administration. With a bachelor’s degree in arts, specializing in Aviation, Travel & Tourism, and Hospitality Management, Pooja’s comprehensive background contributes to her dynamic approach. Her journey through varied roles has cultivated a strong foundation for problem-solving and efficient operations.
Radhakrishna Sirekola is a Program Officer at SRF Foundation, with over nine years of experience in the skill development sector. He specializes in designing, implementing, and managing vocational training and capacity-building programs focused on youth employability and sustainable livelihoods. His expertise includes program design, trainer development, stakeholder engagement, and monitoring and evaluation to ensure impactful and measurable outcomes. He has led training initiatives under CSR, government, and private projects across diverse sectors. Radhakrishna holds an MBA in Human Resources and brings nearly 12 years of experience in training and development.
Suraj Kumar works as an MIS Specialist at Gurgaon HO. He holds a BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) degree from MDU (Maharshi Dayanand University), Rohtak. Suraj has accrued three years of experience as a Master Trainer in Digital Skills Programs within the development sector at SRF Foundation. Additionally, he has three years of experience in the manufacturing and real estate sectors.
Ujjwal Rakesh is the Senior Program Officer at SRF Foundation, Gurgaon (HO) under the Vocational Education Program. He has 6 years of experience in Vocational Education and Training with Government Projects and is responsible for managing, coordinating, communicating, and monitoring the VEP. Ujjwal has been instrumental in Program Implementation, Budgeting, Monitoring, liaisoning, and Reporting of Skill Development Projects. He holds an MBA with a specialization in Rural Development and Management from the University of Lucknow.
Vishakha Singh is the Program Officer at SRF Foundation, Gurgaon(HO). She has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Marketing from BIT Mesra, Ranchi & Masters in Development from Azim Premji University, Bangalore. Vishakha has worked as a Gandhi Fellow with the Piramal Foundation for Education Leadership under the District Transformation Program in Kheda, Gujarat. Prior to SRF Foundation, she was associated with Saahas where she managed Urban Solid Waste Management (SWM) Projects in Gurgaon, as well as other organizational work, particularly Annual Reports & GHG Calculation. Vishakha brings diverse skills and expertise to SRF Foundation like Project Management, Communication, Relationship Building, and Stakeholder Management.
Vishal Gulati is the Project Engineer at SRF Foundation Gurgaon (HO). He has a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from SDIET, Faridabad. Vishal has previously worked as an Entrepreneur in the Automobile Sector for 2 years. He has been associated with SRF for 2 years and now he is involved in the Capgemini Project. Vishal brings diverse skills and expertise to SRF Foundation like Coding Languages, IoT, Project Management, and Data Analytics.
CSR Champions @ Plants
Francisca Tina is the CSR Champion, responsible for managing the HR & CSR activities at SRF Manali. She has a work experience of eight years. Passionate about CSR since the inception of her career at SRF, she has been instrumental in engaging employees to contribute actively in all CSR activities. Tina has launched several innovative CSR campaigns such as the Joy of Giving, Book Donation Drive, Waste to Worth and Care and Share, among others, that have had a positive impact on the community. She has completed her Bachelors in English Literature and her Masters in Social Work specializing in Human Resources from Chennai, India.
Manish Kumar Srivastava is the CSR Champion at SRF’s Packaging Films Business manufacturing plant in Indore. As a CSR Champion, he is responsible for managing and coordinating with the CSR Council members, execution of CSR projects and monitoring the progress of the operational activities. He has an overall professional experience of four years in the social sector. Prior to joining SRF, he was associated with Minda Silca Engineering Limited. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science and a Master’s degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations.
Rakesh Tiwari is the Senior Manager – HR and Admin at SRF’s Gwalior plant. He is also the CSR champion, responsible for managing and coordinating with various teams and monitoring the progress of the operational activities. He is also responsible for building long-term relationships with Government agencies for the smooth execution of CSR programs. He has a work experience of more than fifteen years and holds a Master’s degree in Personnel Management from the Pune University.
R K Maurya is the CSR Champion at Kashipur. As a part of his role, he is responsible for transforming the school education system across thirteen schools in nine villages by implementing various programs aimed at cleanliness, sanitation, safe drinking water facilities and the provision of play equipment in the schools. With his efforts, the schools are witnessing an increase in the enrolment numbers, decreased absenteeism, etc. A large number of students from these schools are now participating and winning block, State and National championships in various sports.
Surendera Khandelwal is the CSR Champion for the Bhiwadi site and managing the HR, Admn and CSR function as the General Manager. He is actively involved in CSR activities from the past five years as the CSR champion. Under his leadership, Bhiwadi CSR team has achieved many milestones and continuously working in upgrading the twelve nearby school and maintaining strong relationship with the community. Some of the noteworthy work includes the launch of the first WoW bus at Bhiwadi, creation of a strong CSR council team of twenty employees, who are taking the lead in CSR work in assigned areas. Surendera is a postgraduate and holds a Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations.
