For us, education is more than a process of acquiring knowledge. We believe in its power to provide hope, build resilience, and unleash possibility that propels human, economic and social development. SRF Foundation, through its various education programs has reached 233 schools across nine Indian states, positively affecting the lives of thousands of students.

We are working towards integrating school dropouts and unemployed youth with the mainstream workforce by equipping them with appropriate skills. Under our flagship skill development program, SRF Foundation runs 29 skill centers across 11 Indian states for courses in Spoken English, Electrician Training, Basic Computer, EV Skills and Junior Software Developer.

Our Environmental Initiatives focus on strengthening rural livelihoods through the effective use of natural resources and sustainable agricultural practices. By transforming underutilized land and water bodies, the Foundation creates farming opportunities that enhance income and resilience among rural communities. The program promotes climate-resilient and eco-friendly farming methods, with a special focus on banana-based models that combine economic growth with ecological restoration.

SRF Foundation’s Future Skills initiative equips students with 21st-century competencies through STEM education, digital literacy, coding, robotics, and hands-on learning. Implemented with industry partners, it fosters creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving. Reaching over 61,000 students across 88 schools in six states, the program empowers youth to become future-ready innovators and responsible global citizens.

SRF Foundation’s Art and Culture initiatives celebrate India’s classical heritage by nurturing young talent and promoting traditional art forms. The Foundation preserves the Maihar Gharana legacy through dedicated mentorship, while cultural programs across 15 states have engaged 3 lakh students through 421 performances.
