SRF Foundation is creating lasting impact across 12 Indian states and 1 Union Territory (Delhi) through its integrated initiatives in education, skill development, and healthcare. The Foundation’s programs span Haryana, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Assam, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, Odisha, Telangana, and Tamil Nadu, reaching some of the most underserved communities in these regions.

In 2024–25, the Foundation reached 432 government schools, providing quality education to over 3.15 lakh students. Its Vocational Skills Programs have trained more than 85,000 youth, enabling them to build sustainable livelihoods and become part of the mainstream workforce. Through its Healthcare initiatives, over 35,000 patients continue to benefit from essential medical services and awareness programs.
