Neha Chauhan leads CSR and social performance initiatives at Shell, leveraging extensive experience in government, UN, and bilateral development projects focused on women, youth, and the environment. She has held key global and regional roles at UN Women, IPPF, and UNAIDS, driving advocacy efforts and coordinating international campaigns for human rights and social equity. An alumna of the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Neha is a published author on gender-based violence and reproductive rights. She has also actively contributed to key UN and intergovernmental committees, including BRICS, SAARC, and the SDGs.
