In partnership with GKN Driveline India Limited, SRF Foundation has been implementing the Future Talent Programme since December 2024 to empower students from underserved communities in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, with essential STEM skills. Delivered across three government schools, the program focuses on building digital confidence and fostering problem-solving through hands-on, innovation-driven learning. Aligned with the principles of experiential education, it offers practical exposure to coding, robotics, woodworking, 3D design, and automation—preparing students for a technology-driven future. The initiative is anchored in three core pillars: STEM4Life learning for students aged 7 to 18, mentorship for students aged 16 to 18, and the provision of both ICT and non-ICT resources. This layered approach has significantly enhanced student engagement and learning outcomes.
