The Brillio Remedial Teaching Program, implemented in collaboration with SRF Foundation, focuses on strengthening learning outcomes in government high schools by addressing foundational gaps in Mathematics, Science, and English. Through structured remedial sessions and targeted support, the initiative helps students build conceptual clarity and academic confidence. The program also extends to select lower grades to reinforce early learning and prevent future gaps.
Teacher development is an integral component of the program. Faculty members receive continuous support through classroom observations, review meetings, and centralized capacity-building sessions. Training in digital and AI-based tools further equips teachers with innovative strategies to make learning more engaging and effective. Enrichment activities such as camps, collaborative projects, and community engagement events foster creativity, teamwork, and student participation.
The program is already demonstrating visible progress, with improved academic performance, regular attendance, and increased classroom involvement. Together, Brillio and SRF Foundation are nurturing motivated, confident learners prepared for future academic growth.
