The SBIF LEAP (Livelihood and Entrepreneurship Accelerator Programme) – Skilling for Future is a flagship initiative of SBI Foundation, implemented by SRF Foundation, with the objective of empowering underserved youth through industry-aligned skill development. The program is designed to bridge the education-to-livelihood gap by equipping beneficiaries with job-ready competencies that enhance employability and long-term income stability. The initiative aims to reach over 3,000 beneficiaries, offering training in high-demand sectors such as Information Technology and Green Jobs across the Mysore and Gwalior regions. By aligning training delivery with current and emerging industry needs, the program enhances workforce readiness and supports sustainable employment outcomes.

This initiative falls under the broader LEAP vertical, which contributes to UN Sustainable Development Goal 1 (No Poverty) by promoting sustainable livelihood models, strengthening social impact ecosystems, supporting incubators, and encouraging micro-entrepreneurship.
