Launched in 2019, the Digital Literacy Program is a collaborative initiative by SRF Foundation, Capgemini India, and AADHAAR Association aimed at bridging the digital divide by making at least one person per household digitally literate. The program empowers individuals to confidently use internet-based technologies in their daily lives. Now in its seventh year, it operates across Gurugram, Noida, Chennai, and Bengaluru, having trained over 48,000 individuals aged 16–70 and reached nearly 1 lakh families through awareness drives and community outreach.
To sustain learning during the pandemic, the program adopted a Hub and Spoke model, establishing 24 community-based mini centers that provided flexible access and continuous engagement. This model deepened local participation and strengthened SRF Foundation’s mission of fostering inclusive digital empowerment.
