SRF Foundation runs a 3-month Spoken English program, initiated in Mewat in 2010, with the objective of enhancing the communication skills of rural youth. The program focuses on improving fluency and confidence in spoken English through interactive sessions, role plays, group discussions, and mock interviews. Specially designed modules like ‘Face the World’ help participants overcome hesitation and develop a professional attitude. This training not only builds linguistic competence but also prepares the learners for job interviews and workplace interactions.
