Sagarika brings close to 25 years’ experience in developing and leading CSR, sustainability, and social development initiatives across India. She has demonstrated her expertise in program management across various thematic areas, including skilling & entrepreneurship, public health, environmental conservation, and special needs education.

Sagarika is currently the Head of CSR for all SAP entities within India and is responsible for steering CSR initiatives and strategies in line with SAP’s overarching global sustainability strategy. Before joining SAP, she led CSR at Godrej Consumer Products Ltd and and ESG Communications for the Godrej Industries Group. Before that, Sagarika was part of the founding team at NASSCOM Foundation, among other roles in other leading non-profit organisations. She holds two Masters degrees from the London School of Economics and is also a trained Special Needs Educator.
