Chetan is a thought leader and seasoned development sector professional with over two decades of experience working across rural and urban India. Known for his focus on deep, collaborative change, he joined Tech Mahindra Foundation in 2016 and played a pivotal role in shaping its flagship SMART program—now one of India’s largest urban skilling initiatives. A former consultant, jury member, and contributor to key national education reforms, he brings rich expertise to his current role as CEO. Guided by a strong sense of purpose, he continues to advance the Foundation’s vision of “Empowerment through Education” and the Mahindra ethos of “Rising for an Equal World.”
