Abhishek Gupta is the Chief Operating Officer of YuWaah (Generation Unlimited in India) at UNICEF, where he leads high-impact, multi-stakeholder partnerships to equip young people with 21st-century skills, meaningful employment pathways, and entrepreneurial opportunities. With over 22 years of experience across the development and corporate sectors, he has driven large-scale youth empowerment and skilling initiatives nationwide. Prior to UNICEF, Abhishek served as Advisor to the Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi on Skills Development and Higher Education and has worked extensively in youth employability and education for underserved communities. His earlier corporate experience spans ERP, corporate finance, and accounts, enabling him to bridge policy, innovation, and execution effectively.
