Dr. Dinesh Kumar Tyagi is a 1981 batch IAS officer (Manipur–Tripura cadre) with extensive leadership experience in State and Central Government. He has served as District Magistrate, CEO of the Tripura Autonomous District Council, and Secretary for Education and Tribal Welfare. At the Ministry of Finance, he worked in the Banking Division, served on the Boards of major national banks, and contributed to key reforms including the Payment Settlement Act and SME credit mechanisms. After voluntary retirement, he led the CSC e-Governance Services India Ltd. as MD/CEO, expanding digital access through 5.5 lakh+ Common Service Centers nationwide. He holds a Ph.D. in Banking Sector Reforms.
