Ms. Manika Sharma has completed over 3 decades in the field of education. Ms. Sharma joined The Shri Ram School in 1989, she has been involved in the school’s growth and has meaningfully contributed in formulating its policies. She has had the opportunity of training and empowering herself in the last 30 years at The Shri Ram School. From awards and recognitions as a teacher, constantly in the learning mode, she has worn many hats.

“A growth mindset” is how she can be best described. She has been a teacher trainer and visited schools pan India to lead and motivate educators. She comes with a sound knowledge and understanding in a range of subjects like Personal Effectiveness, Instructional Leadership, Systems Thinking, Team Learning, etc.
