A passionate and versatile educationist with over three decades of extensive experience in teaching, curriculum development, setting up and management of schools and teacher training.

My expertise lies in merging pedagogical knowledge, with an understanding of classroom dynamics and deep industry insight to provide services and products for enhancing children’s learning experiences. Co-founded Inspire Education in 2009, India’s leading education advisory company.

During my tenure as Director at Inspire, I have worked with several leading Indian and international education companies, NCERT and other institutions in the area of school setup, teacher training and curriculum development creating scalable and business viable solutions. My belief is that schools need to design space and supplement infrastructure as a key source of educational stimulation, and to optimize student learning gave me an impetus to launch my next venture InfraPar Excellence.

I believe in the power of stories and have written various story books for children. I have made a difference in the lives of many through my interesting and reflective teacher training and parenting workshops.

My earlier engagements were with iDiscoveri Education Pvt Ltd as a Partner. I have also had a long stint in teaching, which has provided me with valuable insight and hands-on experience, of all aspects of education.
