Jayanth Nadheri is a Young People’s Action Team Member, YuWaah at UNICEF India and a post-graduate physics teacher from Kannur, Kerala. Believing firmly that “to teach, is to touch the future”, Jayanth finds his purpose and passion in teaching. Teaching provides him with endless opportunities to engage with young people, listen to their hopes and dreams, and guide them in achieving their goals.
He began his career at an EdTech startup in Kerala, where he led the production and core teams, before transitioning to a teaching career. Jayanth holds a master’s in Physics from the Vellore Institute of Technology in Tamil Nadu and a Bachelor of Education from the Regional Institute of Education in Mysore. Currently, he is pursuing a Master of Arts in Education and Technology at TISS Mumbai in hybrid mode. Additionally, he is part of an ed-tech research team at CETE TISS, focusing on research related to digital technologies in secondary schools and higher education.
