Kartik Bharat Ram Joint Managing Director SRF Limited Kartik serves as the Joint Managing Director of SRF Ltd., a diversified chemical conglomerate involved in the manufacturing of industrial and specialty intermediates. SRF’s business portfolio encompasses Fluorochemicals, Specialty Chemicals, Packaging Films, Technical Textiles, Coated and Laminated Fabrics. With a turnover of ₹12,910 crore (US$ 1.6 billion) in FY24, the company operates in India, Thailand, South Africa, and Hungary, with a customer footprint spanning over 100 countries. As Joint MD, Kartik is instrumental in fostering a performance-based culture within the organization. He oversees Human Resources, Total Quality Management, Information Technology, and Corporate Communications functions, with a focus on continuously enhancing organizational capabilities to meet future challenges. Additionally, Kartik chairs KAMA Holdings Limited, which holds a majority share in SRF Ltd. He is also a Director at Shri Educare Limited, a consultancy firm in school education. Kartik is a fellow of the India Leadership Initiative, Aspen Institute India. He leads the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Northern Region Family Business Network Committee and recently assumed the role of President of the Indian Chemical Council (ICC), representing the Indian chemicals, petrochemicals, and allied industries. Previously, he served as President of the Indian Blind Sports Association and Chairman of the CII Delhi State Council for the year 2007-08. Drawing from personal experience, Kartik dedicates significant time to studying family business dynamics, advising on family governance, succession, transition, professionalization, and growth. Kartik graduated from Santa Clara University, California, and earned an MBA from Cornell University, New York. Beyond his professional endeavors, Kartik serves as the Chairman of the Caddie Welfare Trust, is an avid golfer, and has won multiple pro-am Golf tournaments.
