Monisha Banerjee is the CEO and Chief Mentor of Anudip Foundation, leading its Human Transformation Model that equips marginalized youth and women with digital and livelihood skills. With over three decades of experience in education and learning, she has expanded Anudip’s impact to over 500,000 beneficiaries across India, Bangladesh, and the USA. Monisha holds a Master’s in Nuclear Physics from Jadavpur University and is an alumna of the Haas Business School, UC Berkeley. Recognized for her leadership in advancing equitable skilling, she continues to champion technology-driven social and economic empowerment.
