Dr. Parmod Kumar serves as the State Programme Officer (NEP/ICT) in the Department of School Education, Haryana, where he has played a central role in implementing NEP 2020, NIPUN Bharat, and the National Curriculum Framework 2023. A Ph.D. in Education specializing in Evaluation and Assessment, he has collaborated with SCERT, NCERT, NCTE, CIET, UNESCO, and other national and international bodies. Dr. Kumar has authored over 20 research publications and represented India in 52 countries. His work focuses on school leadership, foundational literacy and numeracy, teacher development, and evidence-based, learner-centered reform.
